Ineffective advertising and a web presence that did not reflect the company's leading status

The client was looking for a digital agency to improve their digital presence and performance results. As a leading innovator in the front door sector, they were faced with a weak online foundation for lead generation. Among the many agencies applied, Pirnar selected Notic for its boutique size, personalised approach and years of performance expertise.

Our analysis showed that the client had a very poor foundation for online advertising, which was not being handled properly. We observed a number of technical and creative complications on the advertising channels that were holding back results, and the number of enquiries was far below expectations. The messaging and branding was not consistent across a number of digital channels, and partners abroad expressed a desire for higher enquiry numbers.

In addition to all the challenges, it turned out that the advertising efforts were weakened by the lack of quality photo and video material. So we rolled up our sleeves, analysed the situation and, with a comprehensive digital strategy, took the company to #1 online - where it belongs.

We began the collaboration with an in depth analysis of the existing setup and quickly identified where opportunities were being lost. Underperforming performance campaigns were replaced with a carefully structured advertising funnel, tailored to each stage of the customer journey.

Our work started with a detailed review of the company’s current digital presence, allowing us to pinpoint critical weaknesses in their advertising approach.

Based on these insights, we developed a comprehensive digital strategy that clearly defined target audiences, key advertising channels, and acquisition methods focused on generating high quality leads. Facebook advertising overhaul delivered stronger results and increased lead volume

The client was struggling with inefficient Facebook advertising, where budget was being spent without measurable results due to an unfocused approach. We redesigned their Facebook setup by introducing a clear sales funnel that guides users from initial awareness to lead submission.

Through structured A B testing, we identified the most effective approaches tailored specifically to their advertising account, recognizing that no two accounts perform the same. By implementing advanced remarketing, lookalike audiences, and Advantage+ campaigns, we improved targeting accuracy and ensured ads were shown to more relevant users.

A comprehensive Google Ads audit revealed multiple issues, including incorrectly configured conversion tracking, generic ads without personalization, inefficient bidding strategies, and missing negative keywords. This led to a full rebuild of the account structure, starting with accurate conversion tracking implementation.

 

By introducing bid adjustments for high performing audiences, we significantly improved CTR, while newly launched Performance Max campaigns delivered exceptional results. We continuously tested bidding strategies, landing pages, and creative approaches until optimal combinations were achieved.Dynamic display remarketing helped re engage users who had not initially converted, while YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns were introduced to increase brand visibility and awareness.

 

The results speak for themselves. The client achieved the top position in impression share, reduced CPA by over 90 percent, and increased completed configurations by 370 percent.

By analysing search patterns, we identified keywords, broke them down according to the stage of the customer's purchase journey and structured the campaigns according to the STAG method - separately for informational and transactional purposes, for both front doors and bioclimatic pergolas.

In the context of Google advertising, it is extremely important to ensure the highest possible level of personalisation in the placement of ads, in order to differentiate ourselves from the competition and serve the user ads relevant to their search.
