Ineffective advertising and a web presence that does not reflect the company's leading status

The client was looking for a professional agency for their digital presence, as a leading innovator in the front door sector, they were faced with a weak online foundation for demand generation. Among the many agencies on the tender, Pirnar selected Notic for its boutique size, personalised approach and expertise.

Our analysis showed that the client had a very poor foundation for online advertising, which was not being handled properly. We observed a number of technical and creative complications on the advertising channels that were holding back results, and the number of enquiries was far below expectations. The messaging and branding was not consistent across a number of digital channels, and partners abroad expressed a desire for higher enquiry numbers.

In addition to all the challenges, it turned out that the advertising efforts were weakened by the lack of quality photo and video material. So we rolled up our sleeves, analysed the situation and, with a comprehensive digital strategy, took the company to number 1 online - where it belongs.

We started our cooperation with an in-depth analysis of the current situation and quickly identified where the client was losing opportunities. We replaced ineffective performance advertising with a thoughtfully designed advertising funnel tailored to each stage of the buying journey.

We started our collaboration with a detailed analysis of the company's existing digital presence, which allowed us to quickly identify critical gaps in their advertising.

Based on these findings, we have developed an in-depth digital strategy that clearly defines target groups, key advertising channels and approaches to effectively acquire quality leads. Facebook advertising overhaul delivers results and leads

The client was faced with ineffective advertising on Facebook, where the budget was being spent in the wrong way with no visible results. We introduced a sales funnel on Facebook that guides potential customers from first contact to enquiry. Through a plan of A/B testing, we identified the most effective approaches tailored to their advertising account - because no two advertising accounts are the same.

With advanced remarketing, lookalike audiences and Advantage+ campaigns, we've improved targeting and ensured more relevant ad impressions. Creatives and texts were designed in line with modern advertising practices, while ensuring consistency with the prestige brand identity.

Strategies for up to 3.7x more configurations

The analysis of Google advertising revealed a number of key shortcomings - from misconfigured conversions and generic ads without personalisation to inappropriate bidding strategies and missing negative keywords. As we noticed quite a few anomalies, we set about a complete overhaul of the account structure, starting with the correct implementation of conversion tracking.

 

The introduction of bid adjustments for high-performing audiences has dramatically improved CTR, while the newly launched Performance MAX campaigns have proven to be extremely effective. We systematically tested different bidding strategies, landing pages and creative approaches in our ads until we reached the optimal combination. Dynamic remarketing via display ads enabled effective lead warm-up for leads who initially did not complete the configuration, and we also implemented YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns to raise brand awareness.

 

The results speak for themselves - the client ranked first in ad impression share, we reduced CPA by an impressive 90 % and increased the number of configurations delivered by 370 %.

Thorough analysis

By analysing search patterns, we identified keywords, broke them down according to the stage of the customer's purchase journey and structured the campaigns according to the STAG method - separately for informational and transactional purposes, for both front doors and bioclimatic pergolas.

In the context of Google advertising, it is extremely important to ensure the highest possible level of personalisation in the placement of ads, in order to differentiate ourselves from the competition and serve the user ads relevant to their search.

Channel knowledge

Adverts are positioned according to the customer's intent and position in the purchase journey. For a buyer who is at the beginning of a, in this case quite long, buying journey and is just gathering information, it is not the most sensible to serve sales ads immediately.
