The company wanted to reach the customer at every point in their purchase journey and to get more leads from online channels.

As a leading heating company, they were more than aware of the importance of a good online presence, but they never fully embraced a digital strategy. They had already set up a few channels but never managed to dedicate 100 % to them. They knew that in this day and age, a good online presence is necessary to increase sales and reach more people. Our work together yielded a great collaboration and we were able to achieve top results - we put them #1 on many channels and drastically increased the number of leads.

We looked at their customer's online purchase journey and adapted our strategy around it.

The digital strategy was developed on the basis of a thorough analysis of the potential customer's current situation and purchase path. We focused on the customer's entire buying journey - from first contact to final decision - and ensured that we addressed them first at key stages.

 

In the initial stages, we educate customers with useful content and present the company as an expert, then gradually introduce the customer to the company and their products, and finally strategically guide them to submit an enquiry via the website or social media.

 

This approach ensures a consistent online presence, increased brand awareness and higher enquiry rates.

The digital strategy was developed on the basis of an analysis of the current situation and the customer's purchase journey. We covered all stages - from first contact to enquiry - and addressed the customer thoughtfully at each stage.

First, we educated her with useful content and presented the company as a leading expert, then we introduced the company and its products, and finally we guided her towards the enquiry. This dramatically increased brand awareness and the number of enquiries.

We set up a full advertising funnel on Facebook and exceeded all our targets.

We have set up several types of campaigns depending on the stage of the customer's purchase journey. First, we built a retargeting base with generic and educational content, and then we used remarketing to target those who were actively showing interest in buying a heat pump.

In the final steps, we highlighted the company's strengths and products to build trust and differentiate ourselves from the competition. When the client was ready, we also generated demand through Facebook ads.

We started by analysing all the keywords searched for in relation to heating and heat pumps, which are searched for around 20,000 times a month. All search terms were analysed and segmented according to the customer's intent at the time of the search.

 

For a user looking for information and at the beginning of a purchase journey, it does not make the most sense to serve sales content. So we tailored the ads to the customer's intent, placing highly personalised ads and delivering exceptional results. This strategy set the client apart from the competition and helped them reach the top paid search positions.

 

We outperformed our competitors in terms of impression share and ensured that the majority of users visit their website.

We started by analysing around 20,000 monthly search terms related to heating and heat pumps and sorted them according to the purpose of the search. Based on this segmentation, we created highly personalised ads tailored to the stage of the user's purchase journey.

Instead of sales content, we offered informative adverts at an early stage, significantly improving the user experience. The strategy set us apart from the competition, we ranked in the top paid search positions and achieved the highest impression share, driving the majority of users to the client's site.

We have taken Kronoterm's social networks from a sales-driven monotony to a vibrant community of loyal followers. We took over the management of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels and transformed them into a space where the company builds a more authentic relationship with its audience.

 

Our content strategy separated organic communication from sales activities - the latter were redirected to ad campaigns, while on the channels we developed content that shows what is happening in the company, the story of the family business and its values. We also offered our followers valuable content on news and trends in heat pumps and heating.

 

With a well-defined social strategy, we achieved 5x higher engagement rates, 3x faster follower growth and 3x more followers on LinkedIn. A complete overhaul of social networks for B2B and B2C channels has enabled Kronoterm to communicate its brand effectively to different target groups and build a community of loyal followers who also become brand ambassadors.
